So I like For A Working in This Company For A Good Management .Take Efforts On A New Job Developing, Marketing Strategy Is Good For Business Growing. Overall Good experience In This Company.

There is no any appraisal policy. Each and every personnel categorised in same category for increment. No any promotion. Senior have egoist attitude.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i am very happy to become a part of mahabal team, had a high quality products. here i learn bit knowledge production, quality, dispatch.

career growth is very slow, no job training for fresher ,work pressure is very high, i have to work 12 hrs in a day and 7 days in a week , as i have to attend company call even after my working time sometimes its very pain.
