The company open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.design,manufacture,installation and commissioning of hydraulic drives and systems for various industries such as power,steel , mining , cement , sugar and other process industries.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low some times are continue out side of field work and monthly travel time is high managers do not value an individual's unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Initially when i was join in maha hydraulics i expected more about the what kind of job which i would deployed but in the result i asked to clean the floor and power packs but it does not a full time job:)))) there are very good peoples over there to help you to reach the sky which u would like to.So keep patience to reach your goal......

Everyone doing same job even if you a are an engineer,ITI,Diploma anything which you belong doesnt matter u will be asked to the same job like cleaning the oil on the floor,cleaning the rusted parts but these are very common in all the OEM company this would be a great lesson which u cant learn in the books...

I worked previously in the year 2016 and i just leaved it because there no safety precautions,no good working conditions, even graduates they will treat as a labours, travelling is more risk.so this my experience I felt that.
