Management is mad heads, no brains no working culture, gives designation nd salary nd expect data entry work, bcz they themselves dont know how to work, saddiest people cannot encourage others. Paying salary means owing people to abuse. Hr team another hatsoff they themselves take employees phone and write reviews, all reviews on single day should have used some common sense. Big mistake to join this company.

Good Work environment and culture, team supportive and management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and good salary hike. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
