If you are fresher just don't join here. They pay less no job security at all. Their HR takes WFH whenever she needs but denies WFH to people in need. They don't even a proper internet connection. Look for something else instead of this company.

Unprofessional management. Low salary. No benefits. Very long working hours. Sometimes working on weekend also. No job security, they will fire you because manager don't like you even if your performance is good

...operative, you can't trust anyone. A lot of politics happens on the floor. The Management is always behind cutting the salary of employees. Salary is not justified with the work. Regarding the policy they actually have employer centric p If you want appraisal you have to sign a bond again, and this policy they will only disclose at the time of your appraisal. So I think you are getting how they trap people 😅 So if you want to sacrifice your mental peace, family life, and health. Please join this company your wish will be definitely full filled.
