Internal politics, Hire and fire policy, less job security. The company is not capable of grading employees based upon the hard work , but rather promotes those who like buttering.

I have been with this software company from 14 years, and I continue to be impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism displayed by my colleagues. They are very professional and friendly to work with. Also, the management is very co-operative and treats every employee in a friendly manner. The company also values work life balance. I am really happy with this company
