Even though for freshers increment % is good but because of initial low package it doesn't make big difference.

Getting good exposure considering the versatile engineering project. Work freedom, also the open door policy where you can talk directly with anyone for your concerns. Good cultured organization.

There is politics and you may face it in any company so it’s not new for me if anyone decides to go against manager then he will be targeted
