Gurgaon branch seniors and staff is very good they support all times.

They gives more importance to Surat office actually company head office in Surat .promotion and hike salary other activities every thing gives Surat office employees. other branches employee are useless for every one .special senior are no good for juniors staff politics are main reason all seniors are sitting in Surat and they support all time to Surat employee means they dnt appreciated our employees other branches no one are support .. Not good for us..

I liked the environment of this company. Work life balance is good. Salary structure is also good i enjoyed the work when i worked here.

No job security. This is lala type company still i have not received my TA DA from the company and not received any expenses which i used for the company. In the covid period company fired many employees which are not confirmed and you have to work here like one man army.

...thics for their employees.Employee satisfaction does not matter for the company. Salary, Incentive, OT not on time. Some people on higher position sucking the blood of the company filling their pockets and passing their life smoothly because Owners have no idea what's going on below the management. It's like "Andher nagari and Anbujh Raja" type condition.
