It is terrible to work with magicbricks. Seniors are not supportive at all. They are just taking their salary and removing people from the company who genuinely wants to work and HR and CEO doesn't take any interest in hearing from employee side. It is better to stay unemployed while deciding to go to magicbricks.

Attendance is irregular, and even when present, personal work seems to take priority over company responsibilities . Nepotism & Unethical Practices: The appointment of the Assistant Manager Legal appears to be a case of blatant nepotism. It might be possible that the Head Legal received financial benefits in exchange for recommending the candidate. No appraisal if you are working on third party payrole like Teamlease Company culture -Politics in Contact centre and in every process No new learning after 3 months of your joining Don't expect anything from your Manager just manage by yourself, blame game is always there Product team will not provide any additional value only removals are there in product although listing base organisation so not much expectations.
