...rson, For company policies i work last two years still not able to understand. But in last i can say that you can survive in this company if you satisfied with minimum salary like between 13 to 16 k only.

The company is good enough to start off your journey as a fresher they offer average salary 6 days working with rotational off, However generating lead pressure is far higher than what you actually can think of seems monotonous after working long period of time salary on time full politics culture no growths will remain the agent for a long time

Questionable Leadership in the Legal Department: The Head Legal is on a contract but does not contribute effectively. Attendance is irregular, and even when present, personal work seems to take priority over company responsibilities . Additionally, the hiring of the Assistant Legal Manager raises serious concerns about favoritism and ethical standards. 5. Nepotism & Unethical Practices: The appointment of the Assistant Manager Legal appears to be a case of blatant nepotism. It might be possible that the Head Legal received financial benefits in exchange for recommending the candidate. No appraisal if you are working on third party payrole like Teamlease Company culture -Politics in Contact centre and in every process No new learning after 3 months of your joining Don't expect anything from your Manager just manage by yourself, blame game is always there Product team will not provide any additional value only removals are there in product although listing base organisation so not much expectations.
