I like the work culture in Maersk.. it is an employee oriented company, particularly safe for women employees in all aspects. Opportunity to grow is very high

Salary wise you cannot expect much in this concern, single digit hikes, otherwise all good

Pay structure and benefits are excellent.

Dislikes

Poor work distribution. Over loaded with work and KPIs keep changing. Reporting managers are worthless. Never comes for rescue nor resolves your queryies. No work life balance.

Cons- compensation, skills stagnate, no new learning after a certain time period, perception based growth opportunities

I loved working in the beginning of my tenure but later things started to change..may that's the way it is...else it's a lovely place to work with..👍

... lot of politics and openly seen by staffs but no one bothers or takes a step... salary is good but career growth is bad cos preferences are given and not taken basis talents. Appraisals are not fairly done and cos of that salary hike gets affected..

Company work culture is unstable, lots of organization wide meetings, too much transparency , unnecessary pressure but no proper work. Too much idealism, unnecessary pressure specially on new joiners. Laying off with proper reasons.
