MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.

No job security they can fire anyone eventhough they do work very well. No proper process within a team all tasks comes at a time and you will overloaded No work life balance No appreciation and certificates or motivation for good work Their is no login and logout time as multiple teams are spreaded across different place in world so due to time zone you have to stretch

Work life balance and salary will be good. Some managers are total helpful for the movement from one project to another.(but totally depends)

Dislikes

Higher Management didn't have clear vission about the progress of the project. If market is good then recruite many people. If market goes down then fire.

Everything is fine, no complains, very much supportive in Covid19 situation

Everything thing is fine, adding WFH compensation like Electricity bills would an added advantage which will help employees

Work culture is good, company pays well in terms of yearly bonus depending upon business achieved in prev. year. For 2020 & 2021 each employee received one time exceptional bonus of $ 1,000 globally, company provides sodexo amt. which can be used in cafeteria or for ordering online, company also takes review from employees about their TL/manager/services provided by company which is a good part.

Some managers are biased when it comes to yearly review for hike, they threaten to give good review about them in survey conducted by company or it may effect individual ratings.
