Its a good company and one of the rare companies having 8hours shift and with a daily compensation of 90rs, so that way it stands odd and the other ways the company is cool

probably it is common in all companies, depends on how management is to make people stay,review,grow and learn..... I happend to have a good time initially and very worst management at the end of my career, actually it ended my career thier anyways i am in a better position now

It was good to work with Maersk. There was only 8 hours of work in the company. It was very good work environment for girls.

Less carrier growth and low salary. Politics in management and sometimes compel employees to extend or work on weekends.

Over all its average place to work, everything is depends upon your manager only. For woman's it's good place to work.

You can not expect more hike. And they will not increase your basic pay. Their HR., policy is some extent worst in India comparatively other countries. Shift timing is 8hrs. As per HR. Policy they need to pay for your OT. But managers will refuse it, and the replay us its our team policy........

MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.
