Maersk gsc captive BPO. It always welcome PPL with extra skills and who are ambitious in their career. It has broken the myths like PPL who are well versed in communication can grow up the ladder. It not so with very good process skills and average and below average communication can take you until a lead level. However these things depends on your reporting manager and management as well

Dislikes

The compensation and hikes and promotions are very poor for the long tenured resources. And there is no concept of vacation leaves and other government holidays for users and it's exceptional only for leads and managers.

Salary is not competitive for existing employees. Salary market level correction is not being Done based on experience.

Maersk will give good package for the ppl who join new. But they don't much consider to give the same package for the same level employee who is already been years in the company.

Its a good company and one of the rare companies having 8hours shift and with a daily compensation of 90rs, so that way it stands odd and the other ways the company is cool

probably it is common in all companies, depends on how management is to make people stay,review,grow and learn..... I happend to have a good time initially and very worst management at the end of my career, actually it ended my career thier anyways i am in a better position now

It was good to work with Maersk. There was only 8 hours of work in the company. It was very good work environment for girls.

Dislikes

Less carrier growth and low salary. Politics in management and sometimes compel employees to extend or work on weekends.
