Actually while working in madras Cricket club I made many friends but as a cashier I found many difficulties because cashier dont get benefits or earn extra income as bearers do but feel lots of pressure while working in evening shifts because during Saturdays sundays and programme we have to work hard extra time but no income or any other things and sometimes it is difficult to eat food during function and events and weekends

Working there no problem but not as permanent staff is very difficult and it takes several years before the committee decides to take contract workers as permanent staff so no holidays no benefit no extra income

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
