Ther are lot of thing which i likd abt my job as far as batch maye or team mate concernt every one is workaholic n u need to be if u want to prosper in this fiel,abt training quite hard including courses which we keep doing in regular intervals,in our departmnt of special armed force u have to do a lot of travelling u can't settle down because mostly u have to deal with law and order situation where hardship comes they call S.A.F to deal with it.everday u learn new new thing in this job,work - life balance thats the hardest thing to deal with it.

The way people see a police person...i think people dnt like u much dnt knw y b/c we are here for there safty even in holiday's we are on duty ..another thing is individual life .u dnt have time for urself n in S.A.F there is stability problem u cnt settle down in a single city overalp it is gud job to do..if u are looking for ur career prospect.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
