There is a complete freedom for work. Although we have to abide by the rules and norms of the company. NO micro-management. New Ideas and suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

The team needs to be a little more pro-active in terms of customer satisfaction and sales growth.

I like Nothing in madhurya but the art of living international centre is so good, u can visit once. The ashram atmosphere is so peaceful.

Unprofessionalism. no training, no job security, no growth, no learning, very bad atmosphere . Actually it’s not a company, it’s just a shop. Any staff can increase or decrease any product price.
