Being a startup it has its merits of bing flexible in work hours, everyone in reachable at any given time. People are friendly and help each other out even if its not in thier JD. Loved working in the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is good if you are a hard worker. No Benefits though.

It's a dominant place and never encouraged to come up in life how you goes in the company will come back in the same profile no promotion... And more over more tamilanes and will dominate others

This company is very good for new joiners and they can learn something from seniors also Good environment for work and after I joined here I learned something & I gained the knowledge also training very excellent from seniors they will be like friends and l enjoyed very well Am getting good support from all

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
