...loyee there, still you feel insecure, forget about the ad-hoc faculty and staff. Salary is paid at time but fewer chances of career growth opportunities. Little or no innovation at all but politics so too much.

Too much politics. A few are genuine, others are like a puppet who doesn't have dignity and respect of being a teacher. Poor job security and work environment.
