Oh my god. Where to start. The founder is a pot head and has no control on her mood swings. Sanchita is the one who makes life difficult for everyone working in this company. Nothing creative or innovative.

There's absolutely nothing good about this company. All the staff are overworked and there's no reward or appreciation for the work. Appraisals are not even a topic they want to discuss. They try their best to avoid giving any appraisals. They have been working with freelancers and interns. Not one single team is the same for more than a month. They expect you to work overtime and there are no compensations for that too.

The culture is very mentally disturbing. The management doesn’t know how to respect people and privacy Since the management is very young, they lack professionalism and team handling skills Work life balance is really bad and no proper culture of inclusitivity in decision making
