Salary can be good somewhat.

Dislikes

Everything . Work life balance - no work life balance. 16 his per day work. Wfh Job security. - they will make sign a bond for 2 years but they will sack them anytime and make us resign. Work culture. - every body calls each and every one as "Anna" . very unprofessional culture. No cab facility. Late login counted as absent or half day. They stopped my fnf settlement and blacklisted my profile and it is very hectic to find a job again.

People are good. Not company. Bit flexible and can maintain work life balance.

Dislikes

Not being managed by professionals but by proprietor who is too much cost conscious and hence don't expect pay revisions. Not recommended if pay is the criteria. Not recommended for long term career growth for operational core functions. Good for support teams like HR, finance, IT, facilities.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
