They take approx 50k from your salary for year if you opt for parking and that too have waiting. - Special advisory for graduate hires please do not ruin your career starting with Macquarie there is nothing to learn here.

Macquarie Global is a very nice company for Work life balance and opportunities within organization, there are options to switch projects after consulting with managers who are very supportive. HR policies are good and once can reach out to anyone in the organization for help.

YOY hikes are not great for internal employees, same experience candidates hired from outside get more package. Bonus share component you get is less as compared to other organizations No transportation provided although it is located right next to metro station in Gurgaon however this I still feel can be challenging at times
