Appraisal is not good. Bonus is too little. Appraisal Plus Bonus does not make difference. Appraisal Amt gets credited very late around in 4-5 months. Lifts take hell lot of time. Leadership keep on revolving whether it is good or bad. Good Leadership should stay but after period of time they also move in some other group. Which makes group unstable.
