Useless work Culture, Very less salary, No work kife balance, under worker they run the company that's why you have to do two persons work with less than industry average salary aldo OT payment 50-60% less than others company used to pay.

There is lot of politics and the management there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is given to new joiners

They give full salary during this covid pandemic time.There is job security, unless you blunder with some important person and try to defame anybody . There is good team in our department at least some people understand the potential in you and motivate you

No canten facility No travel allowance is given Deserving dose not getting an opportunity because the employee which are there since10 years dose not want to see other person get appericiation. HR and IT is still following the 20-10 years older system it can fail at the time of urgent requirements . If they work on this issue they can create better environment for them and for others too.

Only politics# south indian lobby# South people getting good salary and posts, just doing nothing, no one is knowledgeable at all. Qc head is south indian dont have knowledge and only dummy piece. People are doing only politics. Good people have no value in this company. Hr is worst I have ever seen in my career.
