...n Solvent recovery plant and not satisfied with my work and personal life . if you join organization it would surely offer good package. But they always have man power issue you won't be able to get leve or off on public holidy and when you want leve the manager will behave like you asking for his kidney . As chemical engineer do not ever join this company as a fresher . you have to first go through thair internship where you have to do 12 hrs duty and then go through series of interviews to go into company then you will get 9 monts trainee period in which ither you will handle utility or raw material and won't get to know anything about process. If you are person who only just wont job security and not personal life balnace then you can join. HR facilities are not that great they don't even have proper parking space. Trust me i am a local guy and i won't recommend any of my friend for this company. And i am going to leve this as my 2 years complete.

Working culture is good, job security is good, management regularly provide information and salary.Over all comapany policies best in industry. Every year company arrange the cricket tournament.

When talk about dislike transportion facility is not too good. For sefety and hygiene of employees company does not takes solid steps.Food facility is not too good.
