Good work place and environment. Company policies are good and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but Carter growth is slow.

Culture is good, if your good behavior then company provide good culture, manager are friendly understood the issue, Leave provide with no objections

Security person having developed ego at covid time due to high salary provide by company, security didn't give respect to employees bad manner of talking

...n Solvent recovery plant and not satisfied with my work and personal life . if you join organization it would surely offer good package. But they always have man power issue you won't be able to get leve or off on public holidy and when you want leve the manager will behave like you asking for his kidney . As chemical engineer do not ever join this company as a fresher . you have to first go through thair internship where you have to do 12 hrs duty and then go through series of interviews to go into company then you will get 9 monts trainee period in which ither you will handle utility or raw material and won't get to know anything about process. If you are person who only just wont job security and not personal life balnace then you can join. HR facilities are not that great they don't even have proper parking space. Trust me i am a local guy and i won't recommend any of my friend for this company. And i am going to leve this as my 2 years complete.

They don't have proper parking facilities, Ni leve even in emergencies.

Take special protection in bus, canteen every where maintain 1 ft distance,medical check up facilities also provided.

Nothing like that,but the package of fresher is much better then the experience person,this is main drawback for the company, because a experience person will not mentally satisfied with salary then how can he/she will give is 100% effort.

They gave complete salary during lockdown even employees got stucked and not able to attend our duties, company gave extra money for working during lockdown.

Career growth is slow & notice period is of 3 months after resignation
