Likes

Good salary offered compared to competition. Salary gets credited on time. Good for skill development because of handling multiple projects at a time.

Dislikes

No Work-Life balance. Weekly 54 hours working, still Office Out-time is not fixed. Sometimes, need to work on Sundays also. Lot of internal politics. So called Seniors who are stuck and settled there try to tarnish new employee's image in front of Management and Management blindly listens to them only. No matter how hard you contribute for company, you will be treated as per feedback given by biased Senior's only.
