New HR manager Feroz , does not look like hr manager. He show attitude with employees, treats employees badly. He don't have HR knowledge. I have never ever seen HR who behaves badly with employees and also management encourages such HR feroz

Only one thing and that is there are very few projects in the company so there is no work here. Just come and waste your 9 hours here and go.

No job security at all. At the time of joining they tell you fairy tales about salary increment and all but do not fall in the trap. Worst management worst environment.

When I first joined in Machint Solutions, The HR and TA Team welcome me with warmness. As a TA Associate I struggled, learnt and improved more. The HR and TA team are very supportive and helpful. and the Management is good with great ambiance. I recommend for freshers and seniors, to come and join Machint where they have scope in learning new technologies and best place to grow career in product engineering.

This organization is totally unprofessional. They have no clarity for job offer ,HR are very rude and unprofessional. They release offer letter, candidate resign from current company then they roll back offer letter. If you ask them no one will reply you and pick your call.

Asking us to come to work from office even though an employee was contacted with COVID and had been jolly rolling through out the office and it’s employees
