Growth and increment of salary is very good ,every one will have an opportunity to learn from their senior how to work.

Dislikes

Salary not paid in time, too much late 1st month salary will be received in 3rd month,local labour pending bills are not paid early takes more time to receive,some site managers cant give choice, permission. sometimes freedom is missing to Express our difficulties and personal problems with higher Authorities, Department labour agencies dominate more. managenent can not recognise the true value of the skilled worker such an efforts made by him to achieve target who struggles day and night for the company. Every day work plan changes can't continue to do the same job next day irritates more.

Overall good experience i gain here, for fresher and less experience person company is so good and it will teach many new things. Salary depends on company profit and deponds on location and accourding to your projects

Transfer and leave policy ia not good

Poor work environment and culture.teammates are not supportive and the management is not company is good but company policies are not good salary is not on time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues our designation have no Value.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest . Ilove the fact that i am a part of a team that projects reliable , high quality products and has a global client base . As a result , i get to travel abroad , especially to the ASAM and vihar . but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location .
