...anagement interference in between principal and teachers was really stressfull..salary issue ...it they give good salary to someone in then soon they replace that teacher with someone new due to which students suffers alot .

Maa Anandmayi Memorial School management is extremely unprofessional towards employees. They post in advertisement that they provide accommodation but they show pictures of some other buildings and when the candidate reaches they will allot the worst quality. The Principal will blame the Owner and the owner will blame the Principal. School atmosphere is full of politics. School management is totally failure in providing a safe working and living atmosphere to their employees, especially females. Mine experience has been disaster. At night 8:30 pm I was asked to vacate the room which was allotted to me the very same day afternoon by the owner of MAMS. Later on at night the Principal asks me to vacate the room and reshift to a new place. Maa Anandmayi Memorial School management has unfriendly, unsafe working conditions. They cannot keep up their words. There is nothing to like about this school
