Employer’s Response

Dear Ma'am, You spent exactly 24 hours on our campus. The Principal erroneously provided you an accommodation in the new accommodations opposite the school campus. Any Principal is after all a human being, and "to err is human, to forgive divine". You arrived during the lockdown period when we did not have enough resident staff members, especially women. We thought it wise to provide you a safer accommodation in the interest of your own safety. We don't think it is difficult to understand that no institution would like to assume undue risk as far as hosting resident staff members is concerned. You made a big fuss about the change of a room as if nothing else on this planet matters. Besides, we have never advertised or published pictures of any staff accommodation on our website or any other collateral published by the school. The school did not deny providing you accommodation, but on closer examination of the prevalent conditions, if the management feels it is not wise to have you stay alone in a triple story building, then we still feel you must cooperate at least for the short term until a mutual solution is arrived at. Your early morning departure without information the following day was an act of immature vindictiveness and uncalled for over an issue that was nowhere beyond resolution.

Employer’s Response

Dear Ma'am, You were appointed at a school counsellor to especially deal with mental health issues during a pandemic. Unfortunately, your presence on campus gave the Principal and Management a headache owing to your lack of cooperation and discipline. You have not submitted reports of counselling sessions conducted by you and you have evaded work regularly during your tenure. Above all, after repeated written warnings through mail, you have continued to venture out after dark flouting guidelines of the forest department. The Principal has also issued a written warning against the consumption of alcohol or tobacco on campus on reports received through cleaning staff. Your conduct as an educator is callous, non-cooperative and unbecoming, therefore your reviews do not seem like an honest admission.

Dear Mr Rana, You were appointed as an intern through Internshala NOT as a Sports Teacher but as an intern to market our sports facility. To date, you have not been able to differentiate between a marketing intern and a sports teacher. You do not possess the qualifications of being a sports teacher but you expect to wade your way through rather than focusing on the requirements of the organisation and what has been explicitly communicated in your offer letter. Since this role was entirely focused on marketing and BD, you did not meet the required revenue numbers. This had been communicated to you time and time again, and as usual, you are digressing from the topic to make fictitious claims rather than focus on your failures and improve upon your deliverance. While your appointment dates back to 2018/19, and all evidences were provided to Internshala, it is regretful that you have not progressed in almost 3 years!
