Company has supported well enough during these Covid pandemic by following all safety measures from start of the destination point of pickup to end. Thoroughly sanitation of whole plant, providing mask, placing sanitizer in every corner of plant.

IMAX is a wonderfull organization, all person is very supportive some are exceptions. The working culture is very motivative, result oriented & a lot of things to learn in this Japanese culture. Mitsubishi is a great group of Japan and the great culture can see in IMAX also. Here I can maintain a proper distance between peraonal ans profrssional life. For learning and education we can improve our personal and proffesional skill here with the support of managment.

As usual some exceptions is always available in any industry so here also. Career groth is normal in perticuler my field. We have very few time for personal life because company is so far and company provied vehicle for transportation and transportation time is too much. And other all is very well.
