Job not permanent in M3M because office politics is more company culture not good. Office in time compulsory 9:30 am but out time not conform 6:30 pm it's is a different rule is make by site AGM and VP.

Full of political people, Workaholic can not survive here, you need at least 90℅ marks on political science :)) Alternate Saturday are off but you will know this on Friday evening that you have off tomorrow, same follow on weekly off :(( you can not plan your holiday even :((

1- Salary on time. 2- Monthly Outdoor parties. 3- Good leave policy. 4- Those who are favourites of higher management, life is sorted for them here.

1- No work life balance. Working till late night is common. 2- Very insensitive seniors. Always pressures staff not the vendors. 3- Whatever you can negotiate at joining is the best you can accumuluate. 4- Work life is very dis balance. Whatsapp groups active till night 12 am. Poor Management

Unprofessional company, I was on payroll of Skylar technology, pathetic behaviour in every aspect like untimely salary, no benefits, rude gm and management, . deducted half salary during work from home,no HR policies.
