M3BI is good company with good work environment. Salary and hikes are good. Recognition in the organisation is also good.

Dislikes

For some projects M3BI sent employees to client location to work there, and the client sometimes won't have new projects so they rotate employees from one technology to another technology which effects our carrier growth.

Small company with less projects, if you are out of the project it's almost all out of the company . Apart from that recognise for work done is good as it is start up.
