...fter 6months or so. Work pressure would be too much that one can get frustrated. There is no personal growth in terms of salary or career opportunities. One would not get a salary slip if he/she is expecting.

Not a good company to work with. There is no job security, even they can fire an employee who has worked 15 years for the company. Third class management culture. No client strength in the current situation.

Not a good company to work with, they can close down company anytime. Running like a lala ji ki company.
