There isbablot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

but it was not good that the salary was the same salary every year, and I have worked in this company for 2.5 years, in these 2.5 years, the salary was not increased even once.

medical insurance facility. they receive phone call at everytime. they have portal for employees. their behaviour is good.

salary date is 7 th of every month. annual increment is very poor. salary structure is poor.

Unsatisfied, yet not pay my salary for the month of May 2020, then how I expect company will support in future during this pandimic time.

Never updated epf amount timely, till now back months epf amounts are not submitted.

Over all good company but I worked for a project based where I never received salary on time, I would talk about appraisal I joined 49972/- per month after one year we received appraisal and out CTC per month was 45000/-, I did not received Travel allowance, as I was District Manager, and I have to manage 12 ULBs (Municipal Council/Boards) in district on my own cost. But I would say Company has its own restrictions.

There is no dislikes apart from We did not received Form 16 in 3.9 Year in time. appraisal I have already discussed no career growth in our project other wise there is huge opportunity, if not politics/Govt. Employee interference. Company has it own restrictions.
