Best thing about this company is that you feel like that you are working as a government employee. There is no pressure of work. Timing of office is also good.

Dislikes

As this is government office, where contractors hire employee privately, so salary is not so good.

Work life balance and not having too much pressure of work is very good here and salary is for freshers.

Don't get to much increament and promotion even after getting 3 to 5 year experience. And there is many team for different works but you had to work in only one team, this is why we learn limited.

Office Premise and Infrastructure is Good. The Weather of Bhopal is Nice and Traffic is Less as compared to Mumbai

All IAS officers are very rude and think that only they are the masters driving force for the Organization and there is no value of a technical expert. They also enforce their decisions on you even technically that is wrong and further if the project fails then the blame is with the Operational and execution team and no leadership quality. All are money minded corrupt people. HR department is useless.

मेरा आधार केंद्र आपकी संस्था से था जोकि लगभग एक साल पहले बंद हो गया है जिसके लिए मेने आपके ऑफिस में कई बार कॉन्ट्रैक्ट करने की कोशिश की लेकिन आपके यह के सिक्योरिटी गार्ड्स अंदर तक नहीं आने देते है और मुझे ये पता ही नही चल पाया की मेने गलती क्या किथी जो मेरा केंद्र बंद होगा। यदि आपके किसी कारण बस केंद्र बंद करना होता है तो आप पहले ऑपरेटरों को सही से प्रशिक्षण दे उसके बाद ही केंद्र खोलने की अनुमति दे और यदि किसी कारण बस केंद्र बंद होता है तो कम से कम एक महीने की उसको मोहलत तो दे
