...down 2020. Mr Ramit Bhatnagar gives me an opportunity to work with this company. I love to work here i got 98% salary appreciation in last 4 year average 25%. I love to work in this organisation. But i wish to work in an automobiles industry that the only reason i am leaving this lovely organisation. Management is supportive. I was very happy while working in this company. Most of time people enjoy when the switch there job but for me it’s painful because of i have lot of good memories. Supportive colleagues and motivational management .

As i know. There are everything is good. I am telling after 4 year of experience.

Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they give average salary and no bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow.

The job security is very good , environment is very healthy , all staffs are supportive and help you . Company policies are good and impressive

Well , there are not very negative things which i see to include , the salary is okay but the growth is slow that's the only major issue. That's it. Rest all is okay

...n the Bhatnagar management since they have been very supportive and transparent. Company does provide job security and we receive yearly hikes in salary as well.

...gement is transparemt. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
