Company is not taking any responsibility of the employee. Management is asking employees to come to the office even in the lockdown period. No any mail or written communication given for rejoining the duty. All communication is oral communication. They just kicked out 80% of employees saying that companies financial wealth is not so good.

Work satisfaction - Good

...s terrible into the company. 90 to 95% new joiners left jobs within a month. And management doesn't even pay a single rupee for their work done during this period.
