New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Company is not taking any responsibility of the employee. Management is asking employees to come to the office even in the lockdown period. No any mail or written communication given for rejoining the duty. All communication is oral communication. They just kicked out 80% of employees saying that companies financial wealth is not so good.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

...s terrible into the company. 90 to 95% new joiners left jobs within a month. And management doesn't even pay a single rupee for their work done during this period.
