The all round workings and learnings are the biggest pros here. Got to learn directly from my principal. 😇 Here we gain good experience and got to learn and interact directly with CAs. The best thing I see here is helping nature of all other articles and seniors. 😇

Dislikes

Con I've faced is the work pressure we face during peak seasons. But I should say this increases our efficiency and effectiveness of our way of doing work and handling pressures.

Likes

I like that work is handled in a proper manner and partners including seniors are very helpful and co-operative.

Dislikes

There are many IT Infrastructure and support related problems, work life balance is quite poor, providing laptops for client places are handled very poorly and problems related to employee necessities are not taken seriously.
