...gures to employees for boosting confidence and too much undue pressure on sales. They demad to work for 7 days and pay very less as per amount of work. Used cars or not, no guarantee. Many are accidental and flooded cars which are revamped to sell at higher margin. They seem to be fraud and cheat customers.
Company is good but the seniors management behaviour is not good they don't have understand the new generation work they work only on the old type of format and the job security is very low so I humbly request kindly remove the Nakuri portal website from this company
Worst company i have ever seen in my life. The manager here is terrible. He will behave to you like you are no one in the company. From the very first day you will get insulted. Think 100 time before joining this company. Manager here talks to you like shit. You can feel a psychological trauma after working here. They will not give you a chance to work and criticize you from the first day. This company is worst.
This company is headache to you. If anyone is reading this. Just don't join this company. Or if you still want to join. You will regret it later. There is nothing to like about this company. No policy. No training. You will get criticized for nothing. The manager here is the worst genral manager i have seen in my life. Full of politics.
No respect for employees . Not even female employees..
Daily make new policies that really pi**es off its employees and their personal lives.
Before joining MR Avnish Kumar , HR will say that it's a 5 days a week job.. Saturday Sunday if off but after joining he says it's 6 days a week.
This company only tortures people mentally and play with their career.
Company's MD , CEO , HR , everyone is involved.
Don't join this company..
