Management does not disturb or assign you unnecessary work if you are tagged to a project. For skill development there are quite number of training’s are arranged. Medical coverage is good.

...ur work. In that manner the motivation for work goes down as per my experience. Salary hike is very less from last 2-3 years for most employees there is no hike at all.

Over all OK. You can not compare with othe big companies.

1. Poor project management. 2. They will not provide salary industry standard. 3. Over all management is very. 4. No office cafeteria. 5. After 5 pm no office boy will be available in office. 6. You can not develop your skill set.

CTC is fixed salary, so there is no fraud of variable pay unlike other companies where they keep hefty amount in variable pay bucket out of ctc but at the end give nothing. Also healthcare benefits are good, medical and life insurance are offered by them free (outside of ctc).

Dislikes

Work culture is worse, the managers won't disclose everythingwith you and will keep you in suspense regarding your project assignments. Actually they do not have much projects, will queue you in bench for few months and finally will ask you to leave the company voluntarily.

Job Security is ...less No project means you will be in Notice Period directly (Its Official Direct Contract To Hire Company ), Its Controlled by DXC Managers , No independent stand. Search for better options...

There's no stop if you ask me dislikes about Luxoft. @Everyone who reads this feedback please take this very seriously before taking decision of joining Luxoft. Like every one I was also checking company feedback before deciding where to go. Well for Luxoft there was a mix of reviews positive and negative. The only point where I was having trouble was that " They have lack of projects to deploy employees and they often tend to give pink slip to the employees if there's any issue like budget cuts, man power reduction. Instead of providing opportunities to work they'll terminate you. " The above sentence I didn't took seriously and I was like if you're skilled your job will be secured. Guys believe me after 28 days my account in customer was created and onthe same day my HR and Line Manager called me to inform I've been terminated due to budget cuts from the customer side and all the very best. I was shattered how can someone fire cybersecurity people without actually giving them any work. Bhai please do not go for Luxoft. I'm highly skilled in cyberspace and they don't care if you're skilled. They do mention that they have internal mobility platform but it's of no use when Luxoft don't have projects to deploy resources. Please be aware. I should have taken seriously the other feedback which was mentioning this. Now I'm looking for a new role outside as they just don't care about their employees. Inki badi badi baaton me mat aana. Please guys try avoiding Luxoft.
