Changing project is quite tedious and in my i work at client location and its very hard to keeps up with Luxoft meetings and trainings. In Luxoft management do not care about individuals interest areas they will just assign you a project so that billings keeps on coming.

Colleagues are great, salary is slightly above average.There are many ways to improve you career path and the company provides many learning tools and courses.
