Very less Projects in specific locations like Chennai and dependent on 1 or 2 Major accounts.

Work Life Balance. We can opt for Work from home or office according to our requirement. Not much pressure on work. Cool management and leads.

There are not much projects at this time, chances of internal mobility is less. No salary hike this year(2023).

1. Poor project management. 2. They will not provide salary industry standard. 3. Over all management is very. 4. No office cafeteria. 5. After 5 pm no office boy will be available in office. 6. You can not develop your skill set.

They are hiring people in bulk for Poland besides having zero projects in many technologies and after 3 months they are asking people to leave without interviews. HRs are telling new people that those who are not given been given unlimited contracts are incapable.
