It works based on individual's capabilities. If you have the required Skill set, you will find it very conducive.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past 2 years. No bonus. No integration with the company if you're working from client office. No feeling of belonging. You're owned by neither luxoft not client. You're on your own. You'll feel like you're a freelance contractor here. Leaves are limited. No time for trainings or personal development. Lot of uncertainty and anxiety if your contract with the client is coming to an end. Internal mobility is for namesake, unless your skills are highly in demand.

Everything is best about the company be it salary package,benefits,insurance coverage for employee upto 10 lakhs and for parents upto 7 Lakhs, no micro management,full remote or as per how your project operates,trainings in recognized platforms and supportive Managers.Last but not the least Internal mobility.

Dislikes

Very less Projects in specific locations like Chennai and dependent on 1 or 2 Major accounts.

Likes

Salary is credited on time and it provides lot of learning opportunities by organizing training sessions.

Dislikes

Changing project is quite tedious and in my i work at client location and its very hard to keeps up with Luxoft meetings and trainings. In Luxoft management do not care about individuals interest areas they will just assign you a project so that billings keeps on coming.

Luxoft provides a clear direction and set achievable goals , creating a positive work culture that fosters workplace productivity and innovation and follows a strong mentorship program to provide guidance and support for employees at all levels. This program fosters a sense of community and encourage employees to learn from each other, promoting growth and development.

Dislikes

Management needs to look into the appraisal process. No periodic hikes. No provision for bonus.

Over all OK. You can not compare with othe big companies.

Dislikes

1. Poor project management. 2. They will not provide salary industry standard. 3. Over all management is very. 4. No office cafeteria. 5. After 5 pm no office boy will be available in office. 6. You can not develop your skill set.
