... Foods Pvt Ltd, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and demoralizing. The company treats trainees poorly, forcing them to perform basic labor tasks like chopping, cutting, and cleaning, despite our qualifications. Whenever we ask for guidance or clarification, senior staff respond with hostility, making us feel undervalued and unimportant. Requests to visit testing labs for learning purposes are always denied. During peak seasons, we were made to work 12-hour shifts decorating cakes with no additional incentives or support. There’s no flexibility at all—you're not even allowed to sit for a few minutes outside of designated break times. Overall, it's a toxic, exploitative environment that offers no opportunities for growth or development.

As per our intern letter, we have worked in the quality department but after reaching they give us the production department where we have to work with labours. They need cheap labour for while the new year and Christmas is arriving the production requirement is high they get inters at that time so they can save labour costs in exchange for interns. They treat us as labour and we don't have access to the quality department, so if you are looking for an internship for a food manufacturing company this organization is a pathetic choice where you are just cheap labour for them and do not get knowledge and skills even you have worked over time. Not recommended for internship.
