1. Overburdened employees 2. Tasks are given such that it will never get completed in a shift 3. Have to work for 12 hours so many times without getting paid for over time 4. Lot of times you have to work on Sunday Note : - This is only about B20 plant in chakan, don't about the rest of the plants

Poor work life balance. 12. Playing with customer centricity. 13. Only one person order are followed wheather it is right or wrong. 14. Food facilities are not available.

Work life balance is almost 0 working almost 12hrs or 2shifts everyday with no compensation. Too much of office politics. Almost every manager and HODs are rude and behaves unprofessionally . No trainings for career growth are provided and the canteen food is just the worst.

Employees as well as the employers are good..and they are very friendly in nature.. beside all of this it was a working environment .

...of this company is not good.even they don't know how to behave with an employee. Salary is also too low to survive in a city. Career growth is also slow.
