Work environment fully loaded with work. You can give suggestions and Hr gives you money for that suggestion. Work load is more at Lupin.

There is a lot of politics and i am one of the victim of that. Salary is not according to your education or position its always same be it B Sc. or M Pharm they treat everyone same And if u dont have in written document then you can not clain about anything if somebody had promissed you.

I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I was working on third party pay role so if someone's planning to work on third party pay role I request not to join you won't get any benefit and you will always be criticize for being on third party
