Company is very good but old managers not good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager very rudely with officers . And he support only their close and own person. And he told i admin and i hr . Only things happen what i want.

Working environment is very good. There are so many thing which is provided by training session and it's good for my career growths.

Salary comes in hand is not satisfactory...there r so much deduction within salary.

The work life balance at Lupin is great. The support of the higher management is also good. You can learn as much as you want and there is no restrictions to learn new things.

I was working on third party pay role so if someone's planning to work on third party pay role I request not to join you won't get any benefit and you will always be criticize for being on third party
