...praisals. Average allowances. Articulates fast as per the industry requirements. Pay scale for upper management positions are above average.

Non professional work culture. You should be ready to attend calls/meetings at early morning(7:00 AM)/late night(10:30 PM). Though by policy company is strictly promoting ethical business, ground reality is different. Everything is related to sales achievements. Least focus on development aspects.
